EFT for Self-Love

Briefly, the points are as follows:
1. Sides of hand (for “set up”)
2. Top of Head
3. Inner Eye (point between eyebrows)
4. Outer Eye
5. Under the Eye
6. Under Nose
7. Under Lower Lip
8. Collar Bone
9. Under Arms
Set Up on Side of Hand
Tap side of hand between 3-7 times, saying:
I am only human
And loving myself feels hard sometimes
So I deeply and completely honor and forgive myself
Even though I have human flaws and foibles
Even though I don't know if this tapping will work to help me love myself more…
I am open and available to try.
ROUND 1
Top of Head: Of course I want to call in more self-love
Inner Eye: But I don’t know if this will work
Outer Eye: I have some doubts about my ability to love myself fully
Under Eye: and that’s ok
Under Nose: that’s why I’m here in this ceremony
Under Lip: that’s why I felt called to try this tapping to open the way for self-love
Collar Bone: so that I can start to shift my blocks
Under Arm: so I can start to see myself the way Venus sees me, as absolutely loveable and worthy
ROUND 2
Set Up: side of hand
Even though I still don’t like everything about myself, I deeply and completely honor and forgive myself.
Round:
Top of Head: The past doesn’t matter
Inner Eye: Because it is what I do now in the present that will determine my future
Outer Eye: and that is why I’m now choosing to activate the magic of self-love in my life on this summer solstice
Under Eye: I allow more opportunities for love and strong connection with myself
Under Nose: I allow connection with others in by loving myself
Under Lip: I allow myself to receive love from myself, from Venus, and from others in my life
Collar Bone: I allow myself to manifest love, including self-love, in my life magically
Under Arm: I allow myself to receive more abundance in all areas of life
ROUND 3
Set Up: - side of hand
Even though I might still have some doubts and blocks around self-love sometimes, I deeply and completely honor and forgive myself.
Round:
Top of Head: I am such an amazing incarnation of soul into body: DIVINE
Inner Eye: I am grateful to myself for all I have done so far in life
Outer Eye: I am proud of myself and who I am
Under Eye: I am happy and fulfilled when I am alone and when I am with others
Under Nose: I absolutely, at all times, have my own back, even when others disapprove
Under Lip: Self-confidence comes to me easily
Collar Bone: My very existence is a positive force in the world
Under Arm: Love surrounds me, is within me, and draws others to me
End with side of hand: I love myself (x3)
